Frequently Asked Questions

Here you will find the questions we get asked the most, hopefully you will find the answer you are looking for!

As of now, we are aiming to be open to the public by summer 2023.

We will have full-hookup sites, water and electric sites, dry camping sites, tent sites, and glamping sites.

Montrose is surrounded by tons of outdoor activities to enjoy. From hiking in Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, to relaxing in the Ouray Hot Springs, to heading down to the Montrose Water Sports Park for some river surfing – our park is situated in the perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts.

At this time we are still working on the pricing for each space. Check back later for updates.

The campers hub

Where camping meets co-working

Our goal is to build a campground that caters towards remote workers and content creators who travel on the road full-time.

We closed in the beginning of April 2022.

We felt that building a campground was the next step in our journey. We found there is a need for a campground that caters towards the new generation of campers.

Before deciding to purchase this property and develop it into a campground we traveled on the road full-time in a Class C RV. We have stayed at tons of campgrounds and RV parks across the country and know what works and what doesn’t, we learned firsthand what travelers want and need in a campground.

One of the things that sets our park apart from others is that the main building is designed to be a co-working space. A space were full-time travelers and workers from the road can have reliable internet, a quiet place to work, and network with other like-minded people in the RV community.
