Park Policies

RV PARK POLICIES

OFFICE/STORE HOURS 10:00 am to 6:00 pm in the Peak Season and is subject to change in Shoulder and Off Season 

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT Check-in after 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Check-out is at 11 am Mountain Time. Sorry NO late Checkouts at this time 

VEHICLE We like to keep roadways clear in case of an emergency. If you require additional parking, please see the map for additional visitor parking. 

QUIET TIME is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. All music to be always kept at reasonable levels and turned off at 10:00 pm. Please always consider your neighbor during your stay. TV and radio sound travel easily to your neighbor and most families prefer a more natural setting. Therefore, if you must have your TV outside, please place it as discreetly as possible, so those not interested in your TV may also enjoy their time. Campers with complaints about noise levels should contact the office at the location or call ‪(970) 235-2017‬ or 911 for emergencies. 

COWORKING SPACE The coworking space is available at no cost when booking a site with us, but we do ask that you reserve a spot in the space if you plan to use it. This can be done during the booking process at no additional charge. The space is open from 9 am – 6 pm.  Please review the full policy for the coworking space before reserving it.  

GENERATOR use is only permitted between the hours of 9 am – 11 am and from 6 pm – 8 pm. 

FIRE PITS Firewood purchased outside the state of Colorado is not permitted in the campground. Firewood is available in the camp store. Campfires should be kept small and under control at all times for safety. Your open fire is permitted in a fire ring and is required to be extinguished by 11 p.m. or prior to leaving your campsite.

IN CASE OF A PROVINCIAL FIRE BAN DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HAVE A FIRE AS YOU WILL FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES. FIRES MUST BE OUT BY 11 PM 

SAFETY

  • Fireworks and the discharge of firearms are illegal and not allowed in the park.
  • Children are considered the parent’s responsibility. For safety, please accompany your young children to the restrooms. Children must be accompanied by an adult after 10 p.m.
  • We suggest that you secure your valuables at all times. The management or owners will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property by any unforeseen acts beyond their control. Trespassing on sites or adjoining property is prohibited.
  • Our property is monitored by video and audio surveillance 24/7. Management resides on the property and strictly monitors and enforces campground rules and regulations for everyone’s safety.
 

EMERGENCIES Report any emergencies, issues, or complaints to the campground attendant. If they are not in the office please call ‪(970) 235-2017. In extreme emergencies, contact the Sheriff’s Department (+1) 970 252-4023 or call 911.

GARBAGE Dumpsters are located on the grounds. We would ask you to leave your site as you found it and deposit all garbage in dumpsters. Smokers: Cigarette butts are regarded as garbage Please don’t throw them on the ground or fire pit, 

SMOKING is allowed in the great outdoors, but not in or within 25 ft of any buildings on the campground. Smoking, Vaping, and Marijuana are not permitted in coworking spaces, bathrooms, and office/camp store. Furthermore, smoking marijuana in outdoor and indoor public places is illegal in Colorado.  All common areas in the park are designated smoke-free areas.  If you are smoking at your campsite, we kindly ask that you are respectful to your neighbors and strive to not let your smoke reach their area. To avoid possible fires, please extinguish them in a proper container and not on the ground.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Moderate Drinking is allowed within your own Campsite. Alcoholic beverages are to be consumed by adults 21 years of age only. Public Intoxication will not be tolerated as we are a family campground. Drunkenness, use of illegal drugs, and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. If you are offending this policy and rules you will be evicted from the campground. Anyone using illegal substances will be asked to leave the campground immediately.

LOST AND FOUND Please return all found items to the camp store/office. 

PETS Pets are welcome in the park and must always be on a leash (unless in the designated dog park) and cleaned up after. Do not leave your pets unattended. 

PICNIC TABLES Each site is provided with a picnic table. Please do not combine tables, if you decide to do so, it is your responsibility to move the picnic tables back. 

GUESTS Daily guests must register at the camp store/ office and must vacate the campground by 10 pm (Please refer to the map for Visitor Parking) 

SPEED LIMIT Speed Limit is 7mph please watch for children, pets, and wildlife. 

WASHING DISHES Please do not use the sinks in the restrooms to wash dishes. 

FACILITIES 

  • Restrooms: Facilities are closed daily for cleaning. Due to the fact that there are only two restrooms, please be respectful of other guests who may also need to use the facilities.
  • Political flags and/or signs, other than the US flag, are not to be displayed or seen from outside.
  • Trees are a natural beauty. Please do not harm or tie pets to the trees and vegetation that live at the campground. In addition, please do not throw hot grease or chemicals on the plants.
  • Grills are not provided at every site, but you are welcome to bring a propane or charcoal grill. Please do not grill on the picnic tables for safety reasons.

COWORKING SPACE POLICIES

HOURS The coworking space is available from 9 am – 6 pm at no additional charge to your site reservation fee. 

SHARED AREAS As this is a shared space please be respectful and considerate of others when using the space. Remember to clean up after yourself, do not assume there is someone who will come in and clean up after you. Be mindful of the energy you put out within the workspace to avoid awkward situations and not be a distraction.

NOISE MANAGEMENT In an open office, sound carries a lot easier, please be mindful of your noise level when others are in the space. If you enjoy music while working, please wear headphones. If your job requires you to be on the phone, please be mindful of your volume and take the calls in a more private location when available.  

CHILDREN  Children must be accompanied by an adult and under supervision at all times. This is a space for guests to get work done and not a space for children to play.
