“most put together common area of any site I've stayed at in Colorado”
Taylor and Scott's property is an amazing choice for camping in the area. Easy to find and right off a main road from Montrose, it's super easy to spot, and doesn't involve miles and miles of dirt road travel to get to like some other sites. Easy driving distance to Montrose for gas, groceries, etc...Ouray to see waterfalls, climb 14er Mt Sneffels, or see the beautiful Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park!

“change from our typical campgrounds”
Taylor and Scotts place was so unique and well worth staying there! We loved their schoolhouse space and are so grateful that they allow usage of this space (kitchen, bathroom and coworking space). They were great hosts and it was a fun change from our typical campgrounds. There is also a great paved bike trail that can be accessed right from their road

“The Schoolhouse Rocks”
Taylor and Scott were very kind and understanding on our long trip and later arrival. The site is great for rigs and travels overland. We just rent camped for the night but was very easy to find. The schoolhouse project is amazing and would definitely mark this as a spot with lots of quality amenities for a great travel layover. Thank you!
